The original filtering system in Blackwing was dense and unwieldy a single full-screen modal stacked with dozens of parameters that overwhelmed users, especially on iOS. To improve usability, I redesigned the interface into a compact, half-screen overlay that preserved context and enabled real-time results.
By restructuring filters around core coin properties and adding instant feedback, the new system made it easier for users to discover promising meme coins, fine-tune strategies, and share or save their setups turning a cluttered tool into a powerful discovery engine.
After launching the redesigned filtering system:
The updated design helped users discover better-performing coins, faster and made filters feel useful instead of overwhelming.
The memecoin ecosystem provides basic filtering, which leads to noisy selections. Blackwing improves this by offering more custom options, producing a better selection of coins that are most likely to perform well and generate good returns.
