Problem

Airops.com empowers growth marketers to create AI-powered workflows, which can be run individually (in Studio) or in bulk (via Grid). Each step within a workflow consumes tasks. Within each workflow, there could be multiple LLM steps, which are usually costlier to run than regular computational steps. There may also be several different models used within a single workflow, and the cost of the entire workflow can vary based on the total number and type of steps. Currently, the only place a user can see their task utilization is on the billing page.

Objective:

Design a solution that provides users with clear and detailed visibility into task usage throughout the platform. Your design should enable users to monitor, analyze, and manage task consumption effectively across both workflows and grids (a way to bulk run workflows in a spreadsheet format).

1. Adding more details to the billing page, like usage per workflow.

  1. Hover on workflow to visualize usage.

  1. Edit limits in with context

BEFORE/AFTER: Make edits in place with context, allowing users to efficiently adjust task limits and usage parameters without losing sight of the overall billing information. This streamlined approach enhances user experience by providing immediate feedback on changes and their potential impact on task consumption and costs.
